Keno

Keno is an old lottery-type game that originated in China and it’s no wonder it gained such a wide popularity worldwide, since it’s so easy to play.

Keno is a very popular game usually played in Casino lounges. There are so-called Keno runners who gather your ticket and bring your winnings in case you want to play from outside the allocated area. There are monitors all over the Casino halls so that you should always be informed of the winning numbers.

There is also the video version of Keno. These are coin operated machines, pretty similar with the slot machines. It is played using the same principle with similar rules of the regular Keno, but you get the results much faster and it’s available 24/7, with a minimum effort.

Besides, even if you are disconnected from the Internet in the middle of a game, you can log back into the casino when you reestablish your Internet connection and you won’t miss anything as you can click the Game History button and you will be able to see the outcome of your previous round. The Keno numbers are selected randomly, by computer.

Don’t think that if some numbers have hit several times and other numbers haven’t, these will continue to hit or are due to hit. Remember: picking numbers is purely guesswork!

To play Keno, you have to select a minimum of 4, but no more than 10 numbers between 1 and 80. Each selection is called a 'Spot', so if you select 10 numbers you are playing a 10 Spot game.

A round of a Keno game is called a Keno race. In many Casinos, 'multi-race' Keno is featured, and here you can play a few successive Keno races once.

In a game of Keno, your objective is to predict correctly a certain amount of numbers pulled from the eighty keno numbers. Generally, you can select between one to ten numbers. Your winnings depend proportionally on the numbers that you guess correctly.

In order to play, you must complete a Keno card. First you need to mark with Xs all the numbers on the card that you wish to play. Next, you have to mark off how many games you want to play in the number of games box.

Eventually, in the Spots/Way Rate space, you need to fill out how many numbers you’ve selected. Then, you’re ready to play!

You have to select a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 numbers on the Keno table by simply clicking on them. If you change your mind and want to deselect a number, you can do this just click on it again.

To deselect all the numbers and start again, you have to click on the Clear button.
